Aaron (1995) has been working as a junior consultant at DR2 since October 2021. He keeps a close eye on political developments and advises clients from various sectors. Besides that, he is responsible for the digital communication of DR2 New York.
He completed the master's degree 'International Relations in Historical Perspective' at Utrecht University, where he also did his bachelor's degree in History. He wrote his master thesis on Armenia's foreign policy. During his master, Aaron did an internship at the Dutch embassy in Hungary, where he helped organizing a trade mission. At the embassy, his interest in political sensitivities, human rights and the interplay between government and business grew.
During his study years Aaron gained managerial experience as chairman of his student rugby association. In this role he learned to come up with concrete solutions to complex problems.
In addition to his work, Aaron is a member of the Dutch Labour Party. He plays high-level rugby and likes to read historical books.
